In 3 en-suite bedrooms, up to 6 vacation guests can enjoy nature and culture in the authentic mountain village of Ardez. The entrance is next to the large garage with space for one vehicle. From the main entrance, the corridor leads to three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower bathroom. One room has direct access to the small wellness area (sauna and bath). The upper floor is accessed via a steel staircase. The long dining table, which seats up to twelve people, is adjacent to the cooking island and the fully equipped designer kitchen. The living area is then located between a hanging fireplace and a library. From there you also have access to the panoramic terrace (40m2). A fast internet connection (fiber optic cable with wifi) is available in the living area. Bread rolls, eggs, salsiz or honey from the neighboring farm can be ordered on request. However, we provide felt slippers for use. - The furnishings and furniture must be handled and used with care and consideration. There are several very sensitive and expensive objects in the house. - There are usage instructions for the concrete kitchen, the concrete washbasins and the fireplace which must be observed. The instructions can be viewed on site at the respective object. - The sauna cannot be heated above 80 degrees. In addition, the ventilation must be activated (manually) when encasing the sauna.
