The space Located at the new heart of TLV's tourism center, with some of the best clubs, bars, restaurants and attractions all around. Our apartment's highlights are: Perfect for families or friends of up to 5 adults. Infants up to 3 years old stay free in a baby bed we'll provide! Private balcony with cozy sitting area. Full kitchen with an oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery. Air-conditioned bedroom, living room and dining area, cable TV with streaming, Washing machine, drying rack, iron, hairdryer. Clean linen and towels are provided. 2023 IMPORTANT INFO: This apartment is a low-level with concrete frame, therefore is approved as a "SECURE SPACE" in case of any alarms, meaning there is no need to get out of the apartment at all. ADDITIONALLY - the building has a public real bomb-shelter, but it is not needed for the current threats. *We hope this information will become useless rather sooner than later* Other things to note We are animals friendly! No animal's feathers/leathers/wool in our furniture or bedding. We welcome everybody, with no exceptions! My apartment is exactly as shown in the photos (with minor tweaks over time - but always for the better!), maintained with great care, located in the lower level of the building, with one big window to the balcony, and has a functional air-circulation system that works 24/7.
