This spacious holiday apartment in Perranporth is new to us for 2019. Located in the popular Atlantic Bay complex, Sand Dunes is a 4 bedroom penthouse that has been beautifully presented and very spacious, comfortably accommodating 8 guests and your dog can come too! Parking for 2 cars. The space Sand Dunes is arranged over 3 floors. The ground floor has an entrance hallway and storage cupboards with wind breaks, body boards and other beach gear for guests to use during their stay. There is also a barbecue and a tumble dryer. On the first floor there is a bedroom with full size bunk beds and a shower room with wash basin and WC. The top floor has 3 more bedroom, 2 with double beds and a twin rooms which has a wall mounted TV and a PS3. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower, wash basin and WC The rest of the top floor is spacious and open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering family holiday, including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a large dining table that seat 8. The lounge has 3, 3 seat sofas and a large flat screen TV. All bed linen and towels are provided. There are 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs for guests to use too.
