The name says it all. Bright airy n cozy apartment in the poshest localities of Kolkata with everything nearby is home away from home. The ambiance n environment.....so very calm n friendly with cctv in common areas , 24hr security systems n high speed wifi. Guarantee you that once someone stays in our apartment he/she would return back again n again. The space Located on 1st Flr of the stand alone building this apartment of ours is all yours. The entire flat is accessible to the guests. It has two bedrooms with one attached balcony n bathroom n one attached WC. It has a cozy lobby with a comfortable n smart sofa bed where two youths can easily be accommodated. An open kitchen with induction , electric kettle , toaster, all necessary kitchen utensils, refrigerator n washing machines. Daily housekeeping is also available with alternative day bed linen change. What else does someone want when on family vacation!!!! Guest access The entire apartment Emerald located on the 1st floor of the building is accessible to the guests Other things to note Please note that check out timing is 8.00am -10.00am. But if you need to check out earlier or later the guest needs to inform me. Also for checking out late ——possible only if the next guests comes in later that day.
