En-suite Loft Room - Regent Serviced Suites

Large double room in guest house located in Regent Square. Close to transport links and 5 minutes walk to Doncaster Racecourse. Cooking facilities available, plus double sofa with SmartTV & free WiFi. The space The room itself is a spacious loft room, that's light & airy with it's own lockable door, decorative fireplace and lots of wardrobe space. The en-suite room is equipped with shower, W.C. and compact wash basin. The kitchen is on the ground floor with a utility room where the washing and drying can be done. Guest access The comfortable outdoor seating can be used for the duration of your stay, ensuite shower/ bathroom facilities, plus free wifi. During your stay You have access to the kitchen to help yourself to free tea/coffee/water for the duration. I will be on hand, should you require the use of an iron etc. or to help you with directions & recommendations in the City or Racecourse. Or you want complete privacy, that's also fine, just let me know, but I will be as supportive & helpful as you require. Other things to note Please confirm expected time of arrival.
