This lovely Fisherman's Cottage is just a stones throw away from the centre of Topsham. Topsham boasts a fantastic array of bars and restaurants, as well as being situated on the edge of the estuary. Plenty of things to see and do and only a few minutes drive from Exeter Airport, M5, St David's and the beach. Whether you're visiting Topsham or want to use it as a base to explore the rest of the southwest you won’t be disappointed! Perfect for a family visiting Exeter university graduation. The space *Beautifully styled to help you relax and enjoy your stay. *This is a SMALL fisherman's cottage. PERFECT for 4 people. *Well behaved PETS are welcome upon request. Pet fee is £50 to cover general wear and tear and extra cleaning. This does not cover the cost of damage caused by your pet. *Extra guest £15 per person/per night *The bathroom is located on the ground floor. *The beds are a UK standard length but narrower than a UK standard bed at 75cm, this is due to the space available in the bedrooms. If you wish for more people than 4 to stay, there is the option of guests sleeping on the sofa beds. Prior to booking for 5/6 people, please ensure you understand one or two people will be sleeping downstairs in the sitting room and you are happy for 5 or 6 people sharing a small space with one bathroom. We provide complimentary items to help you get set up for your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand wash, 2 x toilet rolls, a few dishwasher tablets and bin liners. Parking is limited, please see above for parking suggestions There is also a bus stop directly outside the cottage that can take you to the beach, airport or Exeter. PLEASE NOTE: If you require early access, this must be arranged prior to arrival. We cannot allow your belongings to be left at the property until our cleaning team have vacated the building. If Otaya Property Ltd requires access to the property throughout your stay, we will ensure someone from your party is present, unless it's an emergency.
