The space Elegant, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, toaster, hot water boiler, microwave, cooker (ceramic hob, oven) fridge incl. freezer compartment, combined washing machine (6 kg washing, 3 kg drying). In the bedroom, fine box-spring bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), huge built-in wardrobe, satellite TV. Small anteroom with 120 litre hot water boiler! Heat/cold/sound-insulating windows with blackout blinds. No living room, no air conditioning. Deposit € 100,- to be paid at Check-in, too. Please bring small change, as the local tax is payable in cash at check-in: currently € 3,55 per person per night. "Salzburg Card" is available from me, as well as cheap advance tickets for the public buses. Guest access 1 free parking space for 1 car at the property - please reserve in advance. Long cars, vans, etc. have no space on the property and must be parked outside. Other things to note The Wendl Casa, family-owned for 3 generations, is located in the old district of Maxglan, on one of the main access roads to Salzburg City. Easily accessible, free car park. Distance from the historic centre, which is mainly a pedestrian zone: approx. 2 km / 25 minutes on foot / approx. 10 minutes by bus line 1. Our house was built in 1932-1936: very bright staircase - please "step quietly" especially in the evening.
