Small house right on Bridge St. with landscaped lot, private back yard. Used as an artist's studio when not rented so there is inspiration everywhere! You have access to everything. Owners live a few blocks away. Bridge St. can get noisy at times but super convenient—a short walk to downtown and the bridge. Only a few miles to Castle Farms. Turn-around parking lot accommodates RVs and cars pulling boats and trailers. We’re on the south side of the bridge, so you’re not stuck in bridge traffic to get to town and main beaches. The Artist's Guest House is for two adults (over 12). However on request we will provide a single futon for two adults that sleep separately or for one child (not for a third adult).
