Wonderful Australian farmhouse on 6 acres & animals. BnB is separate area of the house. Private entrance for guests & all facilities. Cooked breakfast/ lighter food, just order. Linens are high quality, all rooms very cosy. There are 3 private bedrooms or the full BnB section can be booked for 6 people Great covered outdoor/BBQ/entertainment area, good for a party, see to Lake King. I am here 24 hours as a working artist & enjoy a G&T at dusk, please join me. Only 3.5 hours from Melbourne The space All areas are either new or newly renovated. The Klimt room features the artists prints and a funky new bathroom. The lounge has TV and a kitchenet with microwave, pod coffee machine, tea, full dinner service & cutlery for guests. WI FI is available During your stay I live on the property, with head of security, my tiny old dog Poppet. It's a beautiful area, peaceful and green and you can see Lake King from the front porch. I ran an award winning BnB in Cairns so I enjoy meeting people & try to meet your needs while you are staying. Other things to note There are restaurants and hotels in the area and pizza delivery. You can have a BBQ in the covered entertainment area which also has a barrel fire/cum stove for that cosy feeling. If you catch fish there is fish cleaning facilities with rainwater taps. Ample parking for 6 cars or car and trailer etc. If you have a hose I have a horse paddock and loose box with lock up shed for your feed and saddlery. Also a huge shed for motor bikes and pushbikes. Children can get up close to friendly farm animals. Many species of birds around the farm to see and feed.
