Welcome to our holiday home! It's a double storey house in gated & guarded community. Our house is fully furnished with modern design specially for family vacation, friends gathering or biz trip at Desaru/Pengerang. It's 10-12 mins drive to Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark, Desaru Beach, Tanjung Balau Beach, Els Golf Club, Fruit Farm, Hard Rock Hotel and Westin Desaru. 4 mins drive to 24hrs restaurants, clinic, shopping mall, mini mart, 7 eleven , KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino, SDS, Desaru Seafood ... The space The house is providing with LED TV, Sofa, Dining table, Kitchen cabinet, Electric ceramic cooker, Fridge, Washing machine and curtains. It comes with 4 bedrooms. All rooms are well furnished with double bed, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, wardrode and side table. Bathrooms are equipped with water heater, mirror, wall hanger, toilet paper, towels, bath & hair shampoo. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house. Check-in time is after 3 pm and Check out time is before 12 pm(Noon). Early check-in is subject to availability. We will send you a pin code 1 day before you arrive for self check-in with smart lock. Our property is gated and guarded. Upon arrival, please drive to Security Gantry (guardhouse) to register with the security guard. Other things to note We are providing self check-in by smart lock. Guest will receive a pin code before arrival. Check-in time is after 3pm and check out time is by 12pm. Early check-in is subject to availability. Bath towels are provided
