Apartment with garden and a big terrace, connected by lift with the parking plot, into the community garage. It is 5 minutes away from the beach, pubs and Surf schools. Inside the complex, paddel court and swimming pool, can be used at summer time. Bakio is only 2km away from “San Juan the Gaztelugatxe”, 20 minutes away from the airport and at 30 minutes from Bilbao. It is the starting point for the “Urdaibai biosphere reserve”. The space Very luminous apartment, south-east oriented, that counts with a large terrace, garden and a covered porch. The flat counts with lounge-dining room, two bedrooms, one of them with King size bed and the other one with a single bed and a trundle bed, two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and de other one with a bath tube and a large kitchen. Although the ideal number for the flat is four adult people, or 5 if there are children, there is a sofá-bed in the living room at the host`s disposal. The house counts with individual heating.
