Eco studio apartment Šipan

This is our new budget studio for two, perfectly suitable for friends or a couple. The two single beds turn into a comfortable 180 x 200 king size bed. We apply the best solutions for comfort sleeping so that you don't feel that your king size bed is composed by two single beds. The kitchen is completely equipped and features a stove top, an oven, a tea/ coffee maker, a fridge and all necessary cutlery. The space This studio is located on the ground floor of our property, and has a private entrance. There is a small sitting area outdoors, and the studio overlooks our quiet narrow street, just above the shoreline of Suđurađ. We are a certified eco friendly property, and we are chemical free. We use only cleaners based on natural ingredients that are healthy and super efficient in providing the best results for spotlessly clean accommodation. In our apartments guests will find that we use predominantly natural fabrics such as cotton and linen, that are healthy and create an accommodating natural home-like atmosphere. We encourage our guests to take part in our recycling processes, and provide detailed information about how to best get around on Šipan island and what emblematic nature and historical spots are worth visiting. Guest access No washing machine yet: we are happy to wash your clothes at our facility for gratis. Other things to note Before heading to Šipan we recommend shopping for food at one of the big grocery stores at the Dubrovnik port where you have bigger variety of products to choose from. We serve healthy breakfast, with 3 menu options to choose from. The price per person is 15 EUR per meal. For more details, please contact us directly. Early check ins are subject to availability and are chared as follows: 1 to 3 hours before 15:00 h: 10 EUR/ hour more than 3 hours before 15:00 h: 50% of the nightly price for the respective unit.
