FAQs Availability & Booking - Check availability on the calendar provided; it’s always up-to-date. - You can book instantly if your desired dates are available. - Longer stays come with discounted rates per night—stay a week or a month and save more! Check-In & Check-Out - Check-in: From 15:00 (3 PM). Early check-in may be possible—check with us after making your reservation. - Check-out: By 12:00 (noon). Late check-out may be available for an extra fee. - 24-hour mobile check-in: Use a digital key sent to your phone to access the apartment, even for same-day reservations. - For check-out, simply drop the physical key in the safe, or your digital key will expire automatically. Guest access As a guest you have access to all facilities on offer in The Hague Tower, such as the secured bicycle storage in the basement. Den Haag HS parking garage (paid) is available right next door. Also right next door is a Basic Fit club, where you can buy a daily or monthly pass for 24/7 access. Other things to note The City of The Hague applies a Tourist Tax per guest, per night. Staying longer or a local? If you register with the city, you are exempt from paying the Tourism Tax. Please note house rules apply for every stay and a deposit of €200,- by card is required, when checking in. We do not accept cash deposits. The deposit is not a payment, but a guarantee charged to your credit card that will be released after check-out and inspection of the apartment.
