The property is set in 4 acres of gardens and paddocks, so has a beautiful outlook and peaceful feeling, and yet is only a short 10-minute walk to the bars & restaurants in the center of Methven. The Studio is a purpose-built studio-apartment with a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The space is bright and airy with stylish decor and luxury fixtures and fittings. Comfy leather sofas, a 49" tv with Netflix and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided for your relaxation. The kitchenette includes a hob, microwave, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. In the bathroom, towels, bathrobes and luxury bathroom products are provided to make you feel right at home. Complimentary teas, coffees and treats are also provided. Outside you can sit and read a book in the garden, watch the sun go down with a glass of wine on your private deck, or end your day with a soak in the hot tub under the beautiful New Zealand sky. Guest access You have private access to The Studio. You also have access to the gardens, outdoor hot tub and paddocks, but do not have access to the homestead.
