Apartment B Casa do Medio

Casa do Medio is a small building located in the Historic City of Santiago de Compostela, renovated in 2017 for 3 independent tourist apartments, one per floor, modern, fully equipped and all exterior. Its location is perfect, quiet and close to everything. APARTMENT B: The apartment located on the ground floor of Casa do Medio has an area of 30 m2 distributed in a cozy studio equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The space The studio consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom area with two 90 cm beds, which can be joined or separated, and a living area with a sofa, behind which a 135 cm folding bed can be opened. If necessary, we have a crib-park for babies to replace the convertible bed. You can request it when making your reservation, and we'll have it ready. Remember that there is a surcharge of 15 euros per night for accommodating infants under two years of age. Other things to note This property does not have a reception. Contact the property using the information on your booking confirmation at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange check-in. Late check-in fee: 20 EUR, for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:59 PM. Guests are required to show a valid ID and a Visa or Mastercard credit card upon check-in. Tourist tax: The amount is one euro per person per day up to a maximum of 5 days.
