Downstairs a porch leads to the hall with a modern pine kitchen beyond. The light and spacious sitting/dining room, with three sets of windows providing sweeping views over the valley, has an open fireplace and is ideal for entertaining. There is an interconnecting door to Over Court cottage in the entrance hall, which can be opened up to make it into one large cottage for larger parties. The cottage is centrally-heated. Upstairs there is a perfectly voluptuous 18th-century Hepplewhite king-sized four-poster bed in the main bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a shower room.
