Before your arrival, you will receive all the directions via message for a peaceful and comfortable stay, plus some tips to experience the surroundings as only the Romagna people know how to do! Guest access Equipment and services inside the house are for the exclusive use of guests. The garden and swimming pool are shared with the other guests of the Podere Tenuta Terrerosse. Other things to note Please note that this rental property is not a hotel, agritourism, B&B or similar and, therefore, according to the law, extra services similar to those that can be found in this type of facilities, such as a reception, concierge or security, reception of mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during the stay, etc., are strictly prohibited. In accordance with Italian law, a government-issued ID is required for all guests staying at the property at the time of check-in. The ACCOMMODATION TAX is not included, and is €1 per night per person over the age of 14. Check-in is by appointment only.
