The cottage has a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, refrigerator and ceramic hob. A bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. The bedroom with 2 x 80 cm assembled bed and roller shutter. Sofa bed, pellet stove, TV and free Wi-Fi. Relaxation area in a room adjoining the cottage with sauna, and jacuzzi for 4 people included in the price, unlimited and private access. The space Cottage completely restored in March 2017. It is located in an outbuilding of an old farmhouse bordered by the river and on a 2 hectare property. We have animals that surround our accommodations. Guest access From Dieppe, head towards Envermeu, then in Envermeu, head towards St Ouen sous Bailly, where it is located near the church. From Rouen (A28), exit at Neuchâtel, head towards Londinières then Envermeu and then St Ouen sous Bailly where it is located near the church. Other things to note - Independent accommodation. - Wellness area located in a room attached to the cottage. Private, at no extra cost, unlimited access. - Check-in according to our availability, otherwise self check-in with lockbox. - Beds made on arrival. Towels provided for the shower, bring your own for the HOT TUB. Possibility to rent bathrobes for a charge of €10 for 2.
