Casa nell'arco. Sunny house in quiet village square.

Our house in Gombereto-Bagni di Lucca is spacious, beautiful and comfortably furnished. Thanks to its south-facing orientation and its many windows, the house is very bright and open unlike most traditional village houses in this region. The holiday home is also perfectly located for relaxing on the patio or in the very quiet square in front of the house. At 80 m there is a parking, but short parking (loading & unloading) near the house is possible. I can speak Dutch, English, Italian French and German. The space Casa nell’arco is located on a characteristic village square and has 3 floors. On the ground floor is the main entrance, with a foosball table in the renovated “basement”. On the first floor is the living/dining room with balcony, from where you have a nice view over the valley. In front of the fireplace is the salon. You will also find a DVD player, books and board games. Renovated kitchen is fully equipped including washing/drying machine, oven and fridge with freezer. Through the double doors go to the patio where there is space to dine and read. On the second floor you will find the bathroom with toilet, bidet, lavabo, shower cubicle and infrared panel.
