A house (3 pers) in a 2-star tourist residence, located in Kerdavid, in the municipality of Locmaria. It's a fully equipped, bright house with a terrace and garden. A large park surrounds the houses: rabbits and pheasants roam freely. Pétanque, volleyball, badminton or soccer. Disconnection guaranteed. The rental is appreciated for the tranquility of the place and its pretty garden, not overlooked, with direct access to the large park. It also benefits from very good sound insulation, the adjoining houses "Le Bugul" and "Les Grands-Sables" are not felt. On the ground floor: a living room with open and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, the first with a large 140 cm bed and the second with 3 90 cm beds, a separate toilet with washbasin. Baby equipment provided free of charge by reservation. We would also like to point out that our rentals are WITHOUT WIFI, so disconnection is guaranteed! Guest access The property is entirely for guests. Other things to note The island is large and hilly, which is why we recommend that you have a vehicle: electric bikes, scooter or car. Cycling is not recommended with young children as there are no bike paths. For short stays, it is of course possible to get around on foot, it just requires good organization beforehand: port/rental transfer, food shopping, Belle Île bus schedules, hitchhiking works well on the island too. Depending on the periods and availability and in addition with payment on site, we can ensure your transfers and rent our electric Zoé car. Booking your boat trips from Quiberon to Belle Île is necessary, especially during school holidays and holiday weekends.
