L'Échaudi, family cottage, warm and spacious!

Dreaming of a vacation in the heart of the Vendée? Want to get together with friends or family to share a weekend or a week together? The Échaudi gîte is for you! The house is located in a quiet area, 40 minutes from the Vendée coast and 40 minutes from Puy du Fou, an ideal location to discover the Vendée or meet with family or friends. The space With nearly 200m2, this cottage consists on the ground floor of an entrance with children's play area, a large open plan space of 70m2 with kitchen, dining room and living room, two bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower and double sink and independent toilet. Upstairs you will discover a large dorm for 8 people, atypical space under the roof then a bathroom with toilet and a last double bedroom. Outside you will find a terraces, an enclosed lot, as well as parking for cars. The cottage is fully equipped, full kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, towel dryer, TV, office space, wifi, terraces, barbecue and garden furniture... The beds will be made before your arrival, the towels will be placed in the bathrooms. We can also provide you with an umbrella bed, high chairs, cane stroller... please let us know. Garage option (paid option €50) a garage can be available for you to store trailer, bikes, two wheels... Motorcycle friends, be sure to book the garage to store your vehicles overnight. For the months of July and August we prefer departures on Saturdays for 10 a.m. But do not hesitate to contact us, we will consider your request. Other things to note When the keys are handed over, a deposit cheque of €1000 will be requested, which will be returned at the end of your stay.
