The 3 Bedroom Penthouse Suite takes up half of each floor in Sunset Hill's Lotus building (130 m2). These apartments are suitable for 3-6 persons and have three furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as one front terrace and a very large side terrace. The space Important Note: For daily guests: Our housekeeping will clean your apartment daily. Water and electricity are included in the rates. For monthly bookings: Monthly rates include twice per week room cleaning with fresh towels and linens changed every two weeks. Bathrobes, slippers and other amenities are not included. Additional services can be provided for an extra fee. Electricity is charged separately at 8 THB per kilowatt Description: The penthouse is equipped with a full kitchen with large refrigerator, a cosy sitting area with a couch, dinette, and electric water kettle. A large flatscreen television with DVD player and sound system are also included. Each bedroom has its own privately controlled air conditioning and fan. By opening the large sliding door you can extend the living room to the side terrace which gives you the ultimate indoor-outdoor lifestyle. This apartment is ideal for a luxury stay with a group of friends, couples or a family with older children. We have two of these apartments, one upper level and one lower level. Each has a partial sea view from two bedrooms as well as the balcony/terrace areas. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request (subject to availability). We have discounted rates for stays of 28 days or more with less included services. Guests that stay with us have access to our sauna complex (steam sauna, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna) as well as spa services such as massage and holistic treatments such as cupping, Tok Sen, Reiki and much more. We can also arrange both private and group session for yoga, meditation, and other activities upon request. Guest access All guests have full access to resort facilities including: Infinity pool and pool bar, Viewpoint Lounge and Panoramic Sea View Deck, spa center with massage and holistic treatments, tour desk, free WiFi, motorbike and car rental, room service, concierge services and sauna complex (featuring steam, Finnish and infrared saunas) Other things to note The area is famous for yoga, health and detox as well as scuba diving and snorkeling. We offer private onsite yoga and meditation upon request and often times have group classes available to join.
