Apartment near the ski lift

The modern and very clean apartment with 75 m² is located on the first floor of my house. A living-dining area with sofa bed and exit to the terrace, bedroom, bathroom and changing room as well as ski drying room! Well divided and fully equipped, you will spend wonderful vacation days with me! Conveniently located in the village, you can reach everything within minutes on foot! The space The apartment was completely renovated and expanded in December 2018. A new kitchen, sink, dishwasher and fridge were installed. A Nespresso machine and kettle are also available, as well as all the dishes. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace. There is a grill available. You can sleep soundly in the double bed made of pine wood. There are also two closets and a storage area in the bedroom. Two more guests will sleep well on the sofa bed in the living area, which can be easily converted into a bed. Of course, there is also a bathroom with shower/toilet and a large storage room for drying ski boots and hiking boots within your own apartment. A dressing room with table and storage compartments directly in front of the bathroom makes it easier to get dressed and undressed, especially in the winter. My apartment is suitable for guests who like to go skiing and hiking or take walks. It is just as perfect with me if you have to do business in the greater Innsbruck area - close to the city and yet quietly in the countryside. The free parking space is right in front of the apartment, so you also have your vehicle constantly in view and you do not have to drag your suitcases unnecessarily far. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. You have your own entrance from the staircase and can also walk to the parking lot via the terrace.
