Small apartment in the semi-basement of a village townhouse at Mont July (01250 Ceyzeriat). Including a spacious bedroom, TV/reading room (with a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed), space for cooking, small shower room as well as a large quiet and private inner courtyard. With ease and authenticity. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Linens provided The space The accommodation is completely independent, the access door between the top and bottom being closed for the time of your stay. Things to note... The ceiling height is low 2.05 m on average and 1.90 m under the beams of the bedroom and kitchen. Access through the openings requires lowering your head, including at the entrance. The upper and lower accommodations are partly separated by a simple floor so there is little soundproofing which requires mutual respect. Guest access Access to the property is through the basement door facing the street. Depending on your arrival, it can be done independently if my work schedules do not allow me to welcome you. You have direct access to a private indoor backyard where you can have lunch in a natural setting facing the mountain. An electric grill is at your disposal for cooking as well as a terrace area for eating. Other things to note Parking spot There is a parking lot with a few spaces nearby (20 m) and it is also possible to park in front along the road (except in winter for the snow plow to pass)
