Extremely unique house built by an artist. Wonderful art collection throughout. Big private back yard with loft deck and firepit among tree foliage. 6 full size trees. 2 bedrooms with T.V. and roku and netflix. 11 blocks or 10 min. walk from Oregon district (bars and restaurants) 5 minutes from downtown. Other things to note Bed in the second bedroom/media room is a conversion ikea bed/couch but I feel is comfortable and I have had no complaints.
