The cottage under the hill is located in the village of Starina (district Stará Ľubovňa) on the bank of the old stream, directly under the hill that separates the villages of Starina and Malý Lipník (Osivka). The hilly plot on which the cottage is located has a size of 1500 square meters and is not immediately adjacent to any other property or municipal road. The space The cottage has two floors of cozy living space. The ground floor consists of a living room connected to a kitchenette (3×4m), a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The hallway also serves as a wardrobe for storing outdoor clothing and footwear. The upper floor (5×3m) with four beds serves as a bedroom. From the bedroom there is access to a small loggia with a northeast view of the stream, street and surrounding hills. From the living room to the bedroom there are ladder stairs. The cottage is designed for a maximum of 5 people (4 beds in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room). The premises contain two chests of drawers for storing personal belongings. Two shelves for storing toiletries. Wi-Fi network throughout the property, Smart TV, DVD, bluetooth speaker, board games. Bicycles for rent for adults (3 pcs) are available. The kitchen includes basic utensils for 5 people (glasses, pots, cutlery, pan), induction cooker, kettle, refrigerator. There is no dining table in the cottage (in the summer months there is outdoor garden furniture - table and chairs). The international Eurovello 11 cycle route passes under the village of Starina, from Athens, Greece to Tallinn, Estonia. Also the regional Aquavello cycle route. Nearby, two bicycle bridges are being built across the Poprad River (forming the state border) to Poland, the third is completed. There is also a cycling route through the forest to Poland. The nearest Polish town of Muszyna (5 km) offers a wide network of recreational and cultural activities, including a swimming pool, castle ruins and rafting. The Millik train stop (2.5 km) provides a convenient opportunity to explore the adjacent Polish towns (e.g. Krynica, Piwniczna, Nowy Sacz). The very surroundings of Starina provide intoxication to guests looking mainly for peace, sparse population, half-empty and partially untouched forests, whether by bike, cross-country skiing or walking.
