Normandy Barn Conversion in the heart of Gavray

Charming Normandy Barn Conversion in the heart of the town (Gavray). Large, open plan dining / living area. Fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms arranged as 3 doubles (or 2 doubles and a twin). The house is next to our main house. If you are a larger group and wanted to book the main house together with the ban, contact me once you've booked and we can arrange it. If you book just the Barn, then you will have no guests in the main house, so the driveway and garden remain private for you. The space This beautiful Normandy Barn was built in 1868 and we have kept some of the original stone walls as well as the exposed timber roof trusses Over two floors (c.150m2) we have created 3 bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite) Upto 6 guests. Open plan lounge and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron etc. The barn has its own section of garden and shaded patio area for you to use. Bbq (gas) included There is a wood burner and logs are provided at no extra charge TV ans WiFi also included (smart TV, so you can connect to Netflix etc) The house is in the very heart of the town and all the shops (and Saturday market) are a short walk away. The walled gardens also mean the the house is also private and and secluded. A perfect place to stay to explore all Normandy has to offer Guest access You will have private access to the barn, driveway and garden and will have the place to yourselves. Self check in is also available via a keysafe if required. Let me know (once booked) if you also wish to book the main house (if you are a larger group) We have made it so you wont share with another group and the garden and drive is exclusively for you and your group. Other things to note I am always happy to do my best to accommodate early check ins / late check outs (at no extra cost), so please contact me if you would like to request this and I will try to accommodate you. We have a travel cot and highchair available (no extra charge) The kitchen also has a Tassimo coffee machine. If you are planning to ‘work from home’ I am happy to arrange extra desks / tables and chairs for you. The WiFi is also very good and reliable at the property. If you book over Christmas, we are happy to provide a real Christmas Tree and decorations if you wish (no charge) IMPORTANT COVID NOTOCE: Please note that if you cannot travel due to government travel bans or new covid restrictions.. I am happy to give you a full travel credit or full refund. Regardless of the Airbnb policy.
