Across The Sea

*Beachfront Family home with parking BBQ & small Yard” Ask me for a better price for long-term bookings 🙂 The house is located right across the sea you just cross the street! 3 km close to the village of Nea Kallikratia where you can find shops, super markets, restaurants, coffee- bars etc. The house belongs to a large beautiful quiet resort settlement that provides playground, basketball court tennis court and of course our private small yard! Sincerely, Anna :) The space The house is divided by two floors the main floor with a big living room with two double bed couches just in case,the bathroom (renovated on April 2023)and the kitchen( renovated April 2024)and ofcourse our small patio. The under ground floor that has two bedrooms another living room one WC but (no windows view) it's perfect to host one big family! The kitchen is fully equipped with spices olive oil and vinegar. The house stays cool inside but we provide an air condition as well at the main floor. No heating though just cold! it's a summer house 😊 We provide sheets and towels and will change them once/week or upon needed also beach essentials like chairs umbrella inflatables etc. please ask away anything you need to know! Guest access You will have access to the whole house and all the facilities that the settlement provides. Other things to note If you considering long term staying I ll be happy to discuss the price about it!
