It is located in the outskirts of Moraira, a beautiful little town that offers a calm and sophisticated atmosphere that has been growing of interest year by year. We enjoy a large variety of restaurants, bars, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches of the coast, everything within less than 5 min. drive. The villa offers parking for 4 cars, from there, we flow to a spacious well equipped terrace to enjoy the holiday experience to his fullest. The outdoor area offers a large private pool, sun beds, a ping pong table, a welcoming BBQ area and various open air covered verandas, perfect to enjoy the cooler evenings. Angevic is built on 2 storeys and comes with central heating, an alarm system, a safe and A/C in every bedroom. We enter through the open veranda, there, on the bottom floor, we find a very bright and spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD. We follow to find a fully equipped fitted kitchen together with a utility room with a washing machine and a twin bedroom with a bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, offering a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious terrace to enjoy the panoramic views over Moraira´s hills while enjoying drinks by the sun set. From the kitchen access to a covered terrace next to the pool area with chill-out furniture. The immaculately presented villa together with its convenience makes this the perfect family retreat. This villa also offers the possibility to enjoy the heated pool with a supplement of € 200 /week. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!!
