Guest access All guests can access kitchen, dining room, both lounges-all 3 decks Basically everywhere apart from other private bedrooms. Other things to note The hot tubs are by arrangement- they take 2-3 hrs to heat They come freshly cleaned with fresh water, no chemicals. The beach is in the back garden.
