In the heart of an organic farm, in a renovated building, you will enjoy the calm and greenery of the countryside, ideal for families or groups of friends. Frédéric the owner who lives next door, will welcome you, and introduce you to the family farm. Meet the farm animals and visit Madame Coquillette's pasta factory. Children and parents can enjoy the outdoor facilities: playground and natural pool. The space Old building totally renovated in 2017. A large, new, spacious and fully equipped house is available to you. Sleeps: 11 people + a crib available On the ground floor: A fitted kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle…) and a dining area for 12 people A large living room with pool table, foosball table, darts, board games, sofa, TV A large bedroom with a double bed, desk and walk-in closet A bathroom with a bathtub and a shower A separate toilet The entire ground floor is accessible to people with disabilities. Upstairs, a mezzanine leads to three bedrooms: The green bedroom, consisting of a double bed and a single bed, its own shower room with toilet, its walk-in closet, and its desk area. The pink bedroom features a double bed, its own bathroom with toilet, a desk area and plenty of storage space. The beige room is a suite, as it consists of an area with a large double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds, a bathroom with toilet, a desk area, and plenty of storage. Outside, you will have access to two terraces: The first is located in front of the house. Tables, loungers and a barbecue are at your disposal. A terrace behind the house with a large table and a hot tub (optional for 2-3 nights: €50; for more than 3 nights: €80), to be specified at the time of booking and to be paid upon arrival. A relaxation area with a large natural pool and its terraces in a green area. Guest access Access to the entire home Other things to note A pleasant place for children, they can swing, trampoline and also enjoy the village playground located just behind the house while the parents play a game of pétanque or ping pong. A shop on site allows you to buy farm products: veal, beef, poultry (remember to book in advance), eggs, potatoes and pasta, as well as organic & local products from our fellow farmers: fruit juice, beer, oils, honey, jams... Located 25 km from Besançon, 15 min from the highway and close to all amenities (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, etc.), you can explore Franche-Comté: Citadel of Besançon, Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans, Museum of Franche-Comté Houses in Nancray, Caves, lakes, hikes and much more. In the village of Marnay located 3 km away, you will find all the relaxation activities (canoeing, tree climbing course, hiking trail, fishing, petanque...)
