This big room for 12/14 people is used as an extra services room (on request); breakfast service, cooking classes, typical dinners, etc... During your stay at Rocca di Pierle you cannot miss the chance to discover the real Italian cuisine and learn to cook many traditional dishes in an entertaining ambiance. Cooking classes of typical Tuscan cuisine are held by Silvia and Sheila, 2 kindness and helpful Cooks. According to the number of participants (minimum 2, maximum 10), the interactive cooking class will take place in one of the three apartments that have big fully-equipped kitchens, or in the new common room "Cambusa", a huge and functional space for large groups of people. The participants will not only attend theoretical sessions but will also be directly involved in cooking the selected recipes. A cooking lesson lasts about 3-4 hours and can be taught both in Italian and in English as follows: introduction on the history of the recipes that will be prepared, selection of fresh seasonal ingredients, explanation of cooking methods, cooking and final tasting of the dishes made served with excellent Tuscan wines.
