Our first unit called “Montirozzo” is equipped with a living room, exclusive bathroom and a double bedroom that can also be booked for single use. The property offers many services: free Wi-Fi, soundproofing of the rooms, cable TV, shower/tub, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, fan, etc. Motorcycles and/or bicycles can be parked for free in the private outdoor courtyard. - The price is €34 per person. Breakfast is not included. - The space The "Montirozzo" room is a mini-apartment consisting of: a living room (with sofa bed for additional guests) with flat-screen TV, a bathroom (with tub), a kitchenette (consisting of sink, fridge, microwave and kettle with dishes, glasses and cutlery) and a double bedroom with TV. Guest access They will have access to the entire mini apartment (for the exclusive use of the customer) and for guests with motorcycles or bicycles a private garage inside the garden of our facility.
