The bathroom is complete with a shower with hot water for pleasant and long refreshing showers. The kitchen, in the living area, is large and complete with everything, including a freezer and oven. Guest access To get around the area and visit adjacent areas, a car is required. Via di Santo Stefano is a road in the countryside with very limited vehicle traffic. It lends itself to walking, running, hiking or Nordic walking, and bike rides. There is ample parking available on the property. Other things to note To access the apartments you must climb the stairs. The municipality of Montaione requires the payment of the accommodation tax for the first 6 nights to guests over the age of 14. The amount will be paid upon arrival and will be paid by the owner to the Municipality of Montaione.
