If you love a pure quiet nature you will feel relax and enjoy living with us. Our place is a living with nature style, humble and simple, not a modern luxury one that's perfectly neat. The location is not in the center or busy area, more nature so please choose if it suite your taste THE SPACE OF THE VILLA GROUND FLOOR 1) Open living-dining-kitchen, the real tropical way of living, with curtains to close when it rains). The villa is fully equipped with modern facilities you may need 2) Bedroom 2, one king size bed, one sofa bed, dressing/ writing table, wardrobe, cabinets *** Sofa bed can set up for paid extra guest Bathroom 2, open bathroom with private garden, this bathroom is shared with the living area 3) Bedroom 3, bedroom with a mezzanine floor above the main bed, one king size bed on the lower floor and 2 single mattresses in the mezzanine. Dressing/ writing table, wardrobe, cabinets - Bathroom 3, private for bedroom 3 *** The mezzanine floor (attic) will be set up only if you have extra people stay in the room more than 2 guests (Extra charge is Baht 1,000 per guest/night), ideal for extra kids 4) Bedroom 4, one king size bed, dressing/ writing table, wardrobe, cabinets - Bathroom 4, private for bedroom 4 5) Garage (for 1 owner’s car and 1 guest’s car) UPPER FLOOR The whole floor for Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom suite) - Bedroom with one king size bed, big sofa set, 2 writing tables, walk-in closet, 55” Smart T.V. - Bathroom 1, open bathroom Balinese style - Large covered terrace with sofa set, dining set for 2, with nice sea view *** Upstairs area is not suitable for children, the railing is quite open, so it's allowed for adult only THE BEACH FRONT Beach front facilities are private for your group - Edge-less swimming pool 4-6 meters wide by 14 meters long, shallow part for children inside the main pool, pool benches along 2 sides of the pool for great relaxation - Pool deck with sun beds - Pool side relaxing sala with mattresses and bean bags - Dining sala; The space with many tables and chairs, sofa sets in front of the sea. At the dining sala you can make private dinner by the sea - Toilet rooms, wash basin and outdoor shower. OVERALL ABOUT THE VILLA & CAUTIONS - The Main Villa Our villa is open design, living semi outdoor with nature. There are insects, mosquitos, animals such as monkey, frogs, lizards, birds, squirrels, cats, etc. Please keep your bedroom-bathroom doors and all cabinets-drawers at the living-kitchen closed all the time. Keep your belongings in the safe, keep food, snacks &drinks inside the cabinet. - Swimming Pool Please take all possible care when using the swimming pool. Children when using the swimming pool must be supervised by an adult at all times. The edges of the bench and stairs inside the pool could be dangerous if you are not careful. The landlord accepts no responsibility for any injuries. The swimming pool cleaning schedule is fixed : every Sunday and Wednesday morning - Relaxing Sala and Dining Sala We provide tables, chairs, sun beds, bean bags for you. Please put Towels on the bean bags when you are wet and sit on them. *** Please close the curtains of the beach front Sala and the main villa, cover all sun bed& Mattresses and keep the bean bags inside when it rains. If they are wet, the next customers can’t use, we will charge the damage up to one night rental cost. - Air Conditioning and Fans We preserve nature and environment so please help us to switch off ACs when you are not in the rooms. If we see ACs on while nobody is in the room, we will switch off - Keys for the Villa We will give you the key of all bedrooms, normally in this area is safe and we have our staffs around full time, but for your confidence you can lock the rooms when you go out of the villa. - Safe deposit box There is a safe deposit box in each bedroom. Please follow the instruction we put at the safe, to set your new code. - Hair dryer Hair dryers are in all bedrooms at the dressing table. - Bathrooms We have hot water in shower rooms, normal water at the wash basins. - Toilets and Tissue Paper Due to the drainage system close to the sea; please do not put tissue in the toilets as it can block the system. Please place tissues or sanitary napkins in the bin we provided next to the toilets. If any toilet is blocked, we charge Baht 1,000 each. Guest access All spaces mentioned above are private for your group. The main gate to the compound is shared among Amantara villa and other 2 private villas belonging to the host and family. The host live next door to Amantara villa Other things to note *** Nomal check in from 15.00 - 19.00 *** Check in after 19.00, extra charge Baht 100 per hour *** The latest time allowed for check in is 23.00 For all 4BR, ACCOMMODATE 8 to 11 persons (age above 3), age less than 3 years old is free (maximum 2 for free) The price is for 8 persons, EXTRA CHARGE is Baht 1,000 per person per night. Rooms and beds arrangement - Book 8 persons, 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds - Book for 9-11 person will add extra single mattress up the attic or sofa bed in bedroom 2, one bed for each person - Book 8 and wish to add extra bed, the charge is Baht 1,000 per stay for set up and laundry ------------------------------------- *** Please noted that the villa is 8 years old, semi outdoor style so it's not brand new or luxury like 5 stars hotel style. Living with nature we can't control small animals, insects and other nature matter but if you love nature you will really love it as most our customers do. If you love modern living, air-conditioning, everything are closed and tidy we suggest you rent a modern style hotel ------------------------------------ RENTAL PRICE INCLUDE HOUSE MAID (Works and schedule) - Clean the living area in the morning around 9 am - Clean the bedrooms and bathrooms at 14.00 (Making beds, clean the rooms and bathrooms) ** If the guests are still in the bedrooms at 14.00 we will skip to do it the next day at the standard time, otherwise the guests can request the specific time in advance, ** In case you eat or party in the villa and request the maid to clean the kitchen and wash the dishes, we will have extra charge from Baht 200 depending on the work. BED LINENS Change every eight (8) days or per stay. If you want to change before schedule, the service and laundry cost will be charged Baht 500 per one room. TOWELS Towels are provided in all bedrooms, one set per person, one XL size for the pool, size L for the bathrooms. The towels will be changed every 4 days to help preserving the environment. To change before schedule, the charge is Baht 200 per room. COMPLEMENTARY SHOWER GEL, SHAMPOO+ HAIR CONDITIONER (30-40 ml. each item per day) TOILET PAPER AND TISSUE DRINKING WATER We give free drinking water in the jug in every room and in the fridge. You can refill from the cooler. Tap water is NOT of a drinkable or potable standard. Do Not drink from the tap. ___________________________________________________________ EXTRA CHARGES (NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE) TAXI & TRANSPORTATION - Airport pick up, 11 seats van=Baht 1,000 (One way without stop), Baht 1,100 (One way with one stop at the mini mart or Makro on the way to the house) - Day trip for 8-10 people, from Baht 3,500 - Boat trip for 8-10 people with long tail boat, from Baht 3,500 - If you call taxi back to the house from other places, please save the villa position in your phone, or tell them to search in the map for “Amantara Villa”, then they can follow GPS FOOD Breakfast Bht 250 per person, Dinner from Baht 270 per person depending on menu LAUNDRY We charge Baht 400 per one round of washing, include wash and dry. You will get all laundry back in 24 hours. Extra charge for Ironing as per requested.
