Failte Mhor is an end terrace house located in the village of Caol, a suburb of Fort William. The property is immaculately clean and modern and will be a perfect base for you exploring the outdoor capital of the UK and further around the Highlands. The property boasts 3 secure storage sheds (covered by 24hr CCTV) for your bicycles. The property is within walking distance to all amenities like shops, cafes, pub, takeaways, etc. A 5 minute walk will take you onto the Caledonian Canal path. The space The house has a comfortable lounge area which includes a 5 seat leather suite and a large dining table. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as pots / pans, cutlery & crockery. PLEASE NOTE - THERE IS NO OVEN. All bed linen and towels are provided. Guest access Guests have use of as many bedrooms as there are guests. For example one couple will have access to one bedroom.The house can host a maximum of 5 people in 3 bedrooms. Storage sheds are also available upon prior request. Other things to note We are dog friendly so the property may not be suitable for those with pet allergiies. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs - only with prior approval of the host. No dogs under 1 yrs old accommodated. You will be required to complete a digital registration form 24hrs prior to your arrival. The form will ask you to log details of all guests over the age of 16yrs old who will be resident at the property alongside their home address and passport numbers. This is required to comply with the "Immigration (Hotel Records) Act 1972". A copy of the law which applies is available on the UK Government website. Registration details HI-40000-F
