Villa Abete Azzurro with Private Pool

Villa Abete Azzurro is an open-plan apartment, with a large well-stocked kitchen and 65-inch TV. The apartment is at the ground floor of a large villa surrounded by a park with swimming pool FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE, where you can relax and enjoy the view. It's the ideal place for a funny holiday, depending on your needs - mountains, villages or relax. Ideal for a quiet holiday away from the city. The space Tranquillity and silence, little birds singing and lots of green. The shower illuminated by colored LED lights, a large bathroom with double sink and front garden with a magnificent blue spruce. FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE: the pool (open from June 15th to September 30th), the barbecue, a game room with billiards, table tennis, darts and other games. Furthermore, near the pool there is a soccer field, which is part of the property, that guests can use. Guest access Guests can use the pool (open from 15th april to 15th October) and enjoy the large garden surrounding the property. Ideal to organize parties or special events. Other things to note There is a double bed and three single beds in one room, two (2) single beds in the other bedroom. It is possible to add beds if necessary. Another external room, with a double bed and a single bed, can be used if we have a booking for more than six people. The apartment can accomodate up to 10-12 people. Other arrangements for beds are possible, please contact me to better evaluate the possibility of meeting special needs. You will find a complete set of towels (large, small and shower towel) for each guest, a hair dryer, and of course liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel. It is necessary to drive to go to the near village, although a nice walk (3-4 km) allows you to reach the town.
