The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the garden landscape, so you feel directly connected to nature. The 2nd room has a kitchenette as well as a counter with 2 seats where you can eat or work. The bathroom has been modernly designed and has a 120 cm wide shower. The apartment is located on the first floor of a new building from 1994, attached to the historic old building from 1880. The 6 listed linden trees on the property complete the harmonious picture. You have a covered entrance on the side of the house. In front of the house you have the possibility to park for free. The nearest bakery is 400 meters away and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 850 meters away. Kiel city center is 5 km away and can be reached quickly by car or public transport.
