Downstairs holds the 4th Bedroom, being the master - with a queen bed and ensuite to compliment. Adding to this, an additional powder room providing the 3rd toilet. An excellent location where you can walk everywhere and to everything, with the option of leaving the car at home in the secured lockup garage, with electric gates adding to these features. Entertainment is a plenty with a fully functional kitchen and butlers pantry. Entertaining is a breeze on those balmy summer nights, with an undercover alfresco and BBQ area with out door setting for dining as well as lounge setting for your comfort.
