In the center of Cornaredo, in a ‘50s Lombard house with adjoining barn, loggia and garden, completely renovated, you will find this cozy apartment equipped with all comforts. This nice and peaceful town is located at the immediate north-west outskirts of Milan, surrounded by the green Milanese countryside even if only 5km away from the city of Milan and 7km far from the MILAN-RHO Exhibitions Center. The airports of MALPENSA and LINATE are instead, respectively, 30’ and 20’ away by car. The space The 50 sqm SUNFLOWER apartment, is part of the accomodation facility called HAYLOFT. It's an attic on the first floor, in the old barn adjacent to the house and it has got a common entrance with other apartments, from the internal garden. It consists of a kitchen with dining and living room area, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests, 2 in the bedroom, and 2 in the living room area equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and appliances needed for a complete and pleasant stay, while the living room area is equipped with a comfortable table with chairs, a double sofa bed, small table, seats and floor lamp. The bedroom with a wardrobe inside is equipped with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) separable in two single beds, bedside tables with abat-jours, console and a flat-screen TV LCD 40 '' (NetFlix available free of charge). The spacious bathroom, equipped with the necessary sanitary apparatus, includes a spacious walk-in shower. The apartment is also equipped with mosquito nets, windows with shutters and blackout curtains in the indoor, independent floor heating system for winter and a cooling one with dehumidification for the summer. A free-private wi-fi connection, by means of a high speed optical fiber FTTH, is reserved to the apartment. Very important for safeguarding our planet, separate collection is carried out inside through special containers for collection. Smoking is not allowed in the internal premises and those who wish, can take advantage of its own outdoor terrace or garden. Guest access Guests can access from the entrance of the facility that leads to the internal garden, and from here access a small stairwell that leads to the first floor towards the independent entrance of the apartment. Please take note that in the internal garden, there is a luggage loading and unloading area, while the parking lots are external and very close to our building. Just a few step away, you can find 2 free parking lots, the first one with one hour limitation parking and the obligation to exhibit the parking-disk ,showing the time of your arrival during daytime, and no limitation during night. The second one, at 30 mt ahead our facility on the same road side, has instead no parking restriction both all day and night long .
