Sleeps over 30 guests SUPER Comfortably. However, for an additional fee; we can accommodate up to 40 or 50 guests. Perfect for family reunions, retreats, girls or guys destination trips or just an adventurous getaway. We are approximately 15 miles South of Richfield, right off the 1-70 freeway, nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains, rivers, and an abundance of natural habitat and wildlife. Adventures Galore for all ages! Four Seasons of Fun! There is something for everyone! The space Great Room has a beautiful stone fireplace, satellite 75 inch flat screen Roku TV with Local Dish Channels, pool table, ping pong table, Foosball, chess table, Tic-tac-toe, and a variety of board games for all ages. Chef's Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, serving plates, coffee cups, and wine glasses. Huge secure parking area for cars, boats, horse trailers, and motor homes. Beautiful yard with backyard pond and deck. Great for soaking up the Sun and/or floating on your favorite rafts and Kayaks. Our location is Seasonal so pond water level does not come in until April and stays to the end of November and the water level can fluctuate daily through the Seasons. We also have a Large Studio Apartment Suite located across from the main Lodge for rent as well. Our Equine Suite provides a spacious kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, full bathroom, and walk-in closet. Ample parking and Balcony with BBQ. The Suite is an additional charge to the Lodge rates. However, we can bundle both Lodge and Studio at a great savings for our Guests. Guest access 4 acres of property closely surrounded by unlimited mountain trails to accommodate ATV's, horse back riding, bike riding trails, and hiking. The view from the back yard of our beautiful pond and mountains in the background is breathtaking. We are located right next to the bike trail and walking trail which is also great for long walks and stretching your legs after a long trip. We are literally right up to the ATV Trails so you can get in and Go without trailering to trails. Just get in and Go! Other things to note WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY to the Lodge (depending on the time of year) there are… ATV trails/rentals, horseback riding, Zion and Bryce Canyon, Fish Lake, zip-line, hunting, White Water Rafting, fishing, hiking/biking trails, snow skiing, lazy river rafting, historical sights, Freemont Indian Museum, Big Rock Candy Mountain, rock climbing, hot springs, movie theater, bowling, golfing, Bike Trails, and many other activities. Just being surrounded with your family and friends all together in a spacious and comfy Lodge on a beautiful piece of property is most likely good enough! However, the adventures can be endless!
