Apartment with garage and elevator, close to 2 lakes

There is a bike path from the apartment itself (I have 4 bikes at my disposal). It's also a great base for exploring many towns and tourist attractions. The space For physical exertion, there are great running, off-road, and asphalt trails (30km safe technical strip) with varying slopes. I play triathlon myself, so I know what I'm saying. There are also proven places to eat. The apartment is brand new on the 3rd, top floor, with an elevator and an underground garage and access to a closed personal storage room.
