The B&B is located in a detached house with a separate entrance, courtyard and garden, located on State Road 9 Via Emilia, 18 km from Bologna and Modena. This location is extremely convenient for both business travelers and those on vacation who want to explore the cities of Bologna and Modena. The facility organizes guided tours that highlight the excellence of the area, including engines, flavors, history, art and culture. For more information, you can contact the property by phone or directly on-site. The space Our B&B has three separate rooms, each with a private bathroom (not shared), although not in the room. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and one on the ground floor with a separate entrance. On the ground floor of the main B&B building, there is the breakfast room, a shared area. Guest access Guests have free access to the enclosed parking lot in the courtyard of the house, ensuring safety and comfort for cars. The garden, courtyard and gazebo are available for moments of relaxation and, during the summer, also for breakfast. This outdoor space offers a quiet and welcoming environment to enjoy pleasant outdoor breaks. During your stay We will be present at check-in and we are happy to meet guests, have a chat with them, entertain them, and introduce them to the area. Other things to note Guests who book two nights or more will receive a gift from our facility. We also participate in the Modena Chamber of Commerce's initiative called "Modena ti regala una notte" ("Modena gives you a night"), which applies to guests staying at least two nights on weekends (Friday-Saturday-Sunday); in this case, the Chamber of Commerce will pay guests the cost of one night's room (without breakfast, if applicable). Our goal is to make known who the storytellers were, with particular attention to the figures of my grandfather Adelmo and my mother Dina Boldrini. Through the images and the small gallery dedicated to them, we offer a unique experience to discover their history. Upon request, a vegan and/or fruitarian breakfast can be provided, with one day's notice.
