From Coco Room 1 - Room with bathroom

Cozy room with bathroom on the first floor of our brand new eco-structure, Da Coco! Very bright, the room is equipped with every comfort: A/C, wifi, smart TV, desk, large double bed, electric shutters, windowed bathroom with shower and wooden floors! The property is in a quiet setting, convenient to all services, close to the center and strategic for the station and highway. The space We tried to create a new and dynamic space that could bring together comfort and design, practicality and our green vocation. Each room is different and reproduces the colors that you will see in our beautiful mural that will welcome you as soon as you arrive. Particular attention has been paid to environmental sustainability and energy saving: from solar panels to modular heating, in a plastic-free and as ecological as possible environment. During your stay We will be present at the reception from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We are available and happy to interact with our guests, but at the same time we guarantee maximum privacy. We offer the possibility of self check-in and check-out. In particular, during this period of health emergency, we are absolutely able to guarantee the management of the accommodation in an absolutely autonomous way to our guests.
