House 774 is located in the heart of Franciacorta, beautifully nestled between the Torbiere reserve, Lake Iseo and the vineyards of the prestigious wine of the same name. Located just 4 km from the A4 highway exit and close to the Brescia-Iseo-Edolo railway, in the center of Passirano, this property is ideal for hikers and cyclists interested in the Lake Iseo cycle path. It is also perfect for families thanks to the nearby playground. The space Casa 774 offers 2 types of rooms. The first is a beautiful standard double suite furnished in an industrial style with all the comforts, a living room with a sofa, TV and coffee table, a work table for business guests, with a kettle and cups to prepare something hot, a nearby electrical outlet and Wi-Fi. In both rooms, bed linen and towels are already provided, and the guest will also find all the essentials such as bath foam, hairdryer, and toilet paper. The Suite is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and private outdoor parking. It also has a patio with an outdoor table and chairs (smoking area) for the exclusive use of guests. The second room is the family room consisting of 3 double beds and a bathroom, also well furnished and cared for with every detail to offer guests everything they need. Each room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, electrical outlets near the bed, table with work chair and Wi-Fi, balcony with table and outdoor chairs overlooking the private garden and public park. The family room is located on the first floor, has a separate entrance and outdoor parking is available. Breakfast is included, self-service and with free time to respect the different needs of guests. It can be consumed in the special indoor room or in the garden under the gazebo. The breakfast area is shared between the 2 rooms of the property. But for those who want more privacy, you can take breakfast and bring it to your own private outdoor table.
