There are 3 upstairs bedrooms with air-conditioning. The outside area includes an entertainment area with an undercover patio and a true Capetonian style braai. A balcony with incredible views of the Stellenbosch Mountains. This open plan living home offers all necessary amenities to make your stay memorable. Includes a modern spacious kitchen, gas hob, dishwasher, satellite television (DSTV) free high speed uncapped fibre, inverter available for load-shedding - for lights, WiFi connectivity in power outages. An automated garage, and an alarm system for peace of mind. Air conditioning available in 3 upstairs bedrooms (please do be mindful & switch off when not in rooms) . A cosy wood fire place for winter nights and outdoor braai facilities. The outdoor covered patio looks out over the pool and picturesque private garden where squirrels and birds scurry and nest in the trees. Anesta is in the perfect location to use as a base to explore all the surrounding attractions: go hiking, cycling, exploring Stellenbosch and visiting wine farms. For the nature lovers, there is hiking and cycling on your doorstep. Easy access to many wine farms, Stellenbosch Town, Paul Roos, Stellenbosch University just 7 minutes away, 25 minutes to closest beach, 30 minutes to Franschhoek and 45 minutes to Cape Town. Guest access STRICTLY NOT SUITABLE FOR NOISY GROUPS OR PARTIES GUESTS, NO EVENTS PERMITTED . Anesta House is in a quite residential suburb. This home is suitable for families, or well behaved guests. We ask that our guests be considerate to our neighbors with noise levels. We would appreciate guests consideration. Anesta House is available on a month-to-month basis from the month of May to October. Parking of vehicles only on property and directly outside the property. Parking for one car in garage, 2 on driveway, total of strictly 3 cars. For our guests peace of mind and safety, Anesta House has a security alarm system which is linked to a security company that patrols our neighborhood. A user friendly system using a remote control system. These are precautions to keep our guests and the contents of the house safe. The alarm system will be explained on check in. A residential home in a quiet area, 8 guests permitted. The house is a self catering home and does not include housekeeping, therefore not serviced & changing of linen and and towels will be qouted separately, this service can be arranged at an additional fee. The house is fully equipped and spacious, with a large garden suitable for children and pets. The braai at pool side will make a perfect summer vacation stay. Pet friendly accommodation, however no dog's are permitted on beds & on furniture. Strictly no use of properties blankets for any dogs use. Guests will be required to bring their own dog beds, blankets and bowls. The cleaning of doggie doo is the sole responsibility of the dog owner and does not form part of housekeepers responsibility. Guests will be charged for not collecting dog feaces. Other things to note Anesta House is available on a month-to-month basis from the month of May to October. This tranquil property is in a quiet location, no noisy groups or parties permitted. We request our guests be considerate to our neighbors. No sound bars and speakers, no drunk boisterous groups are acceptable. The house is a self catering and does not include housekeeping. If however clean and change of linen is required this can be arranged at an additional cost and subject to availability of cleaning services. Pets are welcome an additional fee is required for this service, to ensure that the house is maintained for future guests (free of dog hair etc) cleaning of dog droppings is the responsibility of owners and does not form part of housekeeping services. Parking for 3 vehicles, automatic garage and driveway.
