Renaissance apartment in the historic center of Tarquinia, recently renovated as a loft, the only mezzanine environment with a beautiful painted ceiling and original floor. Guest access The housing unit has the typical structure of a loft: a single room that develops on two floors and encloses a living area of about 60 square meters, which houses a living room and a large kitchenette, plus a bathroom, and a mezzanine of about 25 square meters where the sleeping area is located, consisting of two open rooms with a small balcony, separated by a partition wall but not closed. In each of the two rooms of the sleeping area there is a double bed and an exposed walk-in closet; in the living area one of the two sofas is a French sofa bed. The sleeping area, close to the beautiful ceiling, has two beams - one in metal and one in wood with a minimum height of 1.60 m. The residual height is about 2.00 meters. The "open" structure makes the accommodation suitable, as well as for individuals and couples, for families, or groups of up to six people who do not need physical isolation of the rooms. In the apartment, equipped with all amenities and comforts, a small library with volumes and pamphlets on the history of the places and Tarquinia more generally can also be consulted.
