Luxurious villa on the shore of lake Lugano offering guests stunning views, rich nature and a relaxing experience. The villa accommodates nine persons in a magnificent three-floor house with classic and antique furniture. The marble floors and statues complement the classic interior of the ground and first floors, while the wooden ceiling and parquet on the 2nd floor give guests a sense of mountain comfort. Porto Ceresio is a lovely Lombardian village, right on the border with Switzerland. The space Guests can rest in three fully-equipped queen bedrooms, one single bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed. The house offers three splendid marble bathrooms and an indoor Jacuzzi for a real spa experience. Guests can enjoy Italian wine by the fireplace in the living room, study in the library or watch the latest movies on the flat screen TV in the multimedia room. Every room comes equipped with heating, bed linen, towels and a stunning lake view. The top floor has Air Conditioning. Guest access The land of the property is very large. Guests can enjoy the patio, and the paths around the house, but we limit access to the land behind the house, because it is very steep and densely forested. A steep walkway leads to the house from the parking on street level, which may not be suitable for people in wheelchairs and the elderly! Other things to note The property includes two houses: the large villa (this) and the cottage (also on airbnb). The two houses are completely independent, with separate utilities and locks. The two houses can be reached by a walkway from the parking on street level, where it separates into two paths for the separate villas. If both houses are occupied by different guests, unless self-motivated, the two groups will only see each other if they enter/leave the property together or around the barbecue area.
