Double room Albert with garden (barrier-free)

The room has approximately 20 m2 and is located on the ground floor. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. The room and bathroom are barrier-free. The bathroom is in the hallway right next to the room. There is NO KITCHEN, but a kettle is available. also some plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs. There is also a refrigerator in the hallway for shared use with a second room. The space The village center, train station and bus stop are 300 m away and can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. You are welcome to use our garden. You can relax there and have a wonderful view of the Dolomites. The car can be parked free of charge in the on-site parking lot. A washing machine is available upon request and for a fee of €5.00. During your stay We live in the same house but work away from home. We can usually be reached by telephone during the day.
