The space Modern 2-room village apartment (45 m²) can accommodate 1 to 4 people and is located in the center of St. Leonhard in Passeier. The apartment is on the ground floor, is wheelchair-friendly and the sunny south-facing balcony has a size of 180 x 440 cm. Within walking distance you can reach the town center with cozy cafés and restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries. Short walks and extensive hikes in the mountains are easy thanks to our ideal location. In the living room there is a comfortable couch, which can be used as a sofa bed (bed size 180 x 200), a large smart TV with Netflix (Wi-Fi can be used free of charge!) and of course a cozy dining table that comfortably seats 4 people. The open fitted kitchen impresses with its design and offers you all the basics: kettle, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee machine, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils (bread knife, 2 meat and slicing knives, can and bottle opener), sugar, tea, coffee, coffee filter, dishwashing liquid, taps, salt and the most important spices. In the sleeping area there is a very comfortable bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe with enough space for your clothes. The bathroom, which is separated by a sliding door, is modernly equipped with shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, toilet paper, soap, towels and shampoo. In the cabinet under the sink, all your utensils will find their place. You can also look forward to the following additional amenities, which you will find in the basement: Extra storage space for your bikes or skis. Other important information So that we have enough time to get the apartment back in shape, you can check in from 3 pm to 8 pm (later by arrangement). Check-out would have to be by 10:00 am.
